Shipping policy
We’re committed to getting your crates delivered with care and crate speed! Here’s how it works:

Courier Dispatch Days: We ship orders Monday to Friday. Unfortunately, weekend couriers aren’t available.

Same-Day Dispatch: Place your order before 12 pm, and we’ll do our best to ship it out the same day (this will not be delivered on the same day - we do not provided same day delivery). Orders placed after 12 pm will be sent the next business day.

Weekend Orders: Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday.
- Preferred Delivery Dates: If you’ve chosen a preferred delivery date, we’ll do our best to deliver on that date, provided it aligns with the shipping schedule above. We do not offer same day shipping. North Island deliveries are normally next day and South Island are 2 days. Please add an extra 3 days for rural delivery. As we are reliant on the couriers these are suggested timeframes and not guaranteed. Please note we do not provide refunds for delivery delays due to couriers not delivering on time.
