What’s inside a Gift Crate?

Each crate is packed with carefully curated alcohol—RTDs, beer, wine, and even 0% options for the non-drinkers. No extras, just the good stuff!

When will my Gift Crate be dispatched

We’re committed to getting your crates delivered with care and crate speed! Here’s how it works:

  • Courier Dispatch Days: We ship orders Monday to Friday. Unfortunately, weekend couriers aren’t available.
  • Same-Day Dispatch: Place your order before 12 pm, and we’ll do our best to ship it out the same day. Orders placed after 12 pm will be sent the next business day.
  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday.
  • Preferred Delivery Dates: If you’ve chosen a preferred delivery date, we’ll do our best to deliver on that date, provided it aligns with the shipping schedule above. We do not offer same day shipping. North Island deliveries are normally next day and South Island are 2 days. Please add an extra 3 days for rural delivery. As we are reliant on the couriers these are suggested timeframes and not guaranteed.

Do you deliver NZ-wide?

Absolutely! Whether you’re in the city or the middle of nowhere, we’ll get your crate to you.

How long does delivery take?

We aim to deliver within 48hrs depending on your location. Our couriers are dispatched Monday to Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will be couriered on Monday. Check our shipping info for details.

Is this for R18 only?

Yes, all alcohol-based crates are for customers aged 18 and over. ID may be required at delivery.

Do you offer refunds or returns?
